In a few words

A Percorso is my tasting menu: I choose the dishes in the order of the road, and you just travel. The Percorso Via Emilia, my tasting menu along the road, is the whole road in four courses, 39 per person, for at least two. If a dish isn’t for you, I’ll change it.

If it’s your first time

Percorso Via Emilia

39 per person

The whole road in four courses: the right way to get to know me.

  • The opening, in EmiliaAntipasto della Nonna
  • The first course, in BolognaTagliatelle 1955
  • The main course, in ParmaRosa di Parma
  • The dessert, your choiceUn barattolo di Nonna Emilia

And the glass of Blanc de Blancs with the starter, on me.

Seven evenings out of seven, at dinner, from 19:00 to 22:00.

If you’re celebrating

Percorso Gran Milano

The Via Emilia reaches Milan: the most important evening of my road.

  • The fresh pasta of the Via EmiliaI Ravioli più buoni del Mondo
  • Milan, the main courseLa Milanese col manico
  • The dessert to break togetherLa Sbrisolona della Bassa

And my welcome glass of Milan sparkling wine, Domm Pas Dosé, on me.

Every evening, at dinner, from 19:00 to 22:00.

If you feel like autumn

Percorso Porcini

49 per person

Three courses with porcini, as long as my autumn menu lasts.

  • The openingTartare d’Autunno
  • The first coursePappardelle del Bosco
  • The main courseIl Filetto della Cascina

And a welcome glass of autumn sparkling wine, Blanc de Blancs by Cleto Chiarli, on me. You choose the dessert from the menu.

Every evening, at dinner, until 31 December.

Not sure yet? The first time, the Percorso Via Emilia. If you’re celebrating, the Percorso Gran Milano. If you feel like autumn, the Porcini, while my autumn menu lasts.

I plan the dinner, you enjoy it.

It is the simplest way to live my cooking along the Via Emilia. I save you from ordering at random: I choose the dishes I am asked for most, one after another. The courses arrive in the right order, without hurry. The first glass is on me, already in the price. And you know what you will spend before you sit down: a set price per person, and I tell you the cover charge first.

Wine along the way

The first glass is on me. The other two paired glasses are 11 per person (12 on the Percorso Gran Milano, with the wines of the Milan vineyard). Water alone is perfectly fine at my table too.

Clear rules

At dinner, by booking. Minimum 2 people, portions per person. The first glass is on me, you choose the other drinks. Cover charge 3 per person, with fresh bread and service.

My promise

If a dish isn’t for you, I’ll change it.

Questions about the Percorsi

What is a Percorso?

It is a set-price tasting menu that I choose: the courses arrive one after another, along the Via Emilia, and the first glass is on me. You don’t have to choose anything.

Which Percorso should I choose?

If it’s your first time, the Percorso Via Emilia: it is the heart of my house. If you’re celebrating, the Percorso Gran Milano: the evening when the Via Emilia reaches Milan. If you feel like autumn, the Percorso Porcini, until 31 December.

How much are the Percorsi?

The Percorso Via Emilia is 39 per person, the Percorso Gran Milano 59 per person and the Percorso Porcini 49 per person. Cover charge 3 per person, with fresh bread and service.

Is there a minimum number of people?

Yes, the Percorsi are for at least 2 people: portions are per person, so everyone travels the whole road on the same evening.

Are drinks included?

The first glass is on me, in every Percorso. The rest you choose from the menu.

What if I don’t like a dish?

Tell the staff after the first bites. If a dish isn’t for you, I’ll change it.

Allergies or intolerances?

Write them in the intolerances question of the form when you book and remind the waiter: I get organised in advance and tell you what I can adapt.

How do I book a Percorso?

Book your table at dinner from my English booking form and write the name of the Percorso in the notes.
